Shipping

As a small family business and as pet-lovers ourselves we're dedicated to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We have following procedures for each order that we stick to:

  • We pack your order in our branded box and seal it with tape. The size and weight of the box depends on the order.
  • We ship your order the same or the next business day from Spain or France (at the moment we have two warehouses).
  • We rely on the 3rd party shipping services to get your order delivered. Usually, it's UPS, Chronopost, SEUR, DHL, InPost, Correos, but not limited to listed here.
  • Once we have received your order, we'll request quotes from different shipping companies that we're working with. We'll then choose the most optimal option in terms of time, reliability and cost.
  • We provide the shipping service with all details we have from you and we double check them in case the address is hard to find.
  • We attach the tracking code to your order and send the confirmation email. Tracking code can be checked by logging in to your account on our website.

We always keep an eye on your order during shipping to make sure that you'll get it in time, but sometimes things may not go well, so please let us know if anything happens by email write@pawpaw.store or just here on the website by using an online chat.

Please note: On average, orders from us get delivered in 3-5 days, but unfortunately we really have no influence on that. Shipping time written on our website is an estimation based on our average experience, but we promise to do our best to deliver as soon as possible.
