Reflective Charm

Kittyrama's reflective charms reflect light when light is directed at them (like reflective strips on clothing do). The charms hang from the collar, providing additional safety versus reflective collars alone, which could get covered by fur in the neck. The charms are designed for cats but could also match a small dog.
